Burton and Harry
Over the past few weeks in Art Club we have had a visiting called Bob. He has been helping us with our biodiversity project. I bet you’re wondering what biodiversity means… Well biodiversity means the range of living things in an environment, in theis case, Chorlton Park. To get us started we drew our favourite animal in nature. We also drew a made up animal from our imagination that could live in the park
In the next stage of our project we split into two groups. One created recycled papermache park animals that were painted in the final week. The second group worked on a large canvas of thepark with animals around the border, using a mixture of acrylic and waterbased paint.
Finall we painted bird boxes which will be put up in the park to provide nests for birds and animals.
Harry said “This project represents Art Club, it is the best thing we have ever done!” We would like to thank Bob, Miss Etchells and Mrs Wood for the opportunity to do such an amazing project.
All member of Art Club have added a comment below to explain what amazing craetions they made as part of this project.
